A Walgreens pharmacy anchors the Linwood shopping district at Linwood Boulevard and Prospect Avenue. We led the contract negotiations, assembled the land, prepared the site, and coordinated input from the community and neighborhood. The $928,000 figure is the budget for buying the property. Dr. Curls led this work as Director of Real Estate at the Community Development Corporation of Kansas City (CDC-KC).12
