The Woodlands at the Citadel

The Woodlands at the Citadel is 65 apartments for older residents, funded through HUD’s Section 202 program. We assembled the project team and planned the development, oversaw construction and leasing, and oversaw affirmative action requirements. Dr. Curls led this work for the Community Development Corporation of Kansas City (CDC-KC).12
