Palestine Gardens

Palestine Gardens is 60 apartments for older residents, funded through HUD’s Section 202 program as a faith-based initiative of Palestine Missionary Baptist Church. We assembled and led the development team, shaped the design and concept, managed construction, and oversaw affirmative action requirements. Dr. Curls led this work for the Community Development Corporation of Kansas City (CDC-KC).12
