Linwood Shopping Center/Linwood Square

Linwood Shopping Center and Linwood Square are twin shopping centers with 84,000 square feet of retail at Linwood Boulevard and Prospect Avenue. The project was a faith-based initiative of the 100 Ministers Coalition14. We coordinated the churches and the neighborhood, acquired and assembled the land, and managed predevelopment. Dr. Curls led this work as Director of Real Estate at the Community Development Corporation of Kansas City (CDC-KC).12
