AutoZone

An AutoZone store at Linwood Boulevard and Prospect Avenue was part of the effort to bring national retailers back to the Linwood shopping district. We assembled the land, prepared the site and led the contract negotiations with AutoZone. The $400,000 figure is the budget for buying the property, not the cost of the store. Dr. Curls led this work as Director of Real Estate at the Community Development Corporation of Kansas City (CDC-KC).12
